The Mizuno Neo Zen is a running shoe recommended for runners who train at a moderately fast pace over long distances, thanks to the speed and energy return of the Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam.

A smooth stride with enhanced responsiveness

The Neo Zen features a nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam midsole that is lightweight yet highly cushioned and responsive. The Smooth Speed Assist design supports the runner's stride to help maintain a smooth gait from the first step to the finish line.

The single-layer mesh upper is highly breathable and flexible, adapting to different foot shapes. In addition, the synthetic inserts on the sides provide greater stability during quick changes of direction.

The X10 rubber outsole uses a highly durable compound, particularly in the main impact zones. It provides increased traction in the heel area for greater confidence while running.
