We offer several delivery options for your running and trail shoes, clothing, accessories, running, triathlon, swimming and cycling equipment.

You can also choose free collection from our TRIPP SPORT store in Aix-Noulette, in Pas-de-Calais.

Delivery rates and options

Colissimo delivery

Colissimo without signature – 8,90 €*

With Colissimo, your order is delivered to the address provided when you placed your order.

You can choose a delivery address different from your billing address, such as your home, workplace or any other address of your choice when the service allows it.

Colissimo with signature – 10,99 €*

For greater security, TRIPP SPORT also offers Colissimo delivery against signature.

This option may be particularly useful for orders containing valuable items.

Colissimo Overseas – 29,99 €*

Delivery to certain overseas destinations may also be available.

Delivery options and the final rate depend on the destination, weight and volume of your order.

The options actually available are displayed when you confirm your basket.

Delivery to a Mondial Relay Point Relais® – 8,90 €*

Would you rather collect your order near your home or workplace?

TRIPP SPORT offers delivery to a Mondial Relay Point Relais® for eligible orders.

When placing your order, you can select the available relay point that suits you.

The availability of this delivery method depends in particular on the destination country, the weight and the dimensions of the parcel.

• Corsica;
• certain overseas destinations;
• Belgium;
• Germany;
• Spain;
• as well as certain other European destinations, depending on the carriers available.

Delivery methods offered may vary depending on the country, weight, dimensions and contents of your order.

The delivery methods and rates actually available for your address are automatically displayed during your order.

Preparing your order

After your payment has been confirmed, our team prepares your order as quickly as possible.

The items offered in our shop are managed from our stock. However, a stock error or exceptional unavailability may always occur.

In this case, our team will contact you to propose the most suitable solution.

Delivery times

The times announced by carriers are indicative times expressed in working days.

They start from the time your parcel is taken in charge by the carrier.

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, busy periods or events beyond our control may result in longer preparation or transport times.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail.

When the carrier provides a tracking service, the information required to track your parcel will be sent to you.

You can also view information about your order from your TRIPP SPORT customer account.
