These shoes feature Mizuno's advanced technologies for performance and versatility. The new MIZUNO WAVE improves stability by preventing the arch from collapsing while allowing smooth weight transfer. The breathable mesh upper provides a secure and comfortable fit.
1) Sole The midsole has been completely redesigned compared with the previous INSPIRE 21 model and now features nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT technology. This new material provides both cushioning to absorb impact while running and energy return for a powerful take-off.
The drop has been adjusted from 12 mm to 10 mm for a more natural running feel. The heel wedge incorporates MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. Cushioning is maintained in the upper part of the midsole while ensuring stability.
2) MIZUNO WAVE (Support type) Wave-shaped construction designed for people with overpronation. The modified inner and outer shapes help prevent the arch from collapsing and provide a high level of stability. The plate's anatomical shape follows the contours of the foot for smooth weight transfer from ground contact through toe-off.
3) Upper The mesh upper offers excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.
