Who is this shoe for?

The Mizuno Neo Zen is a running shoe recommended for runners training at a moderately fast pace over long distances. The Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam provides speed and energy return to support this type of training.

A smooth stride with increased responsiveness

The Neo Zen features a nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam midsole that is lightweight, highly cushioned and responsive. Smooth Speed Assist supports the stride and helps maintain a smooth running motion from the first step to the finish line.

The single-layer mesh upper is highly breathable and flexible, adapting to different runners' feet. In addition, synthetic inserts on the sides provide greater stability during quick changes of direction.

The X10 rubber outsole uses a highly durable compound, particularly in the most important impact areas. It provides increased traction under the heel for a more confident run.
