Its midsole uses nitrogen-infused MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. This lightweight foam combines soft cushioning with energetic rebound while providing improved stability for everyday training.
Smooth Speed Assist geometry encourages smooth transitions and efficient forward movement. The outsole uses durable X10 carbon rubber in high-wear areas to improve longevity.
The redesigned upper combines mesh and knit materials to deliver breathability, flexibility and secure heel support.
