The men’s Saucony Kinvara 16 is a lightweight shoe for daily road training and speed sessions. Updated PWRRUN and refined geometry support smooth transitions as the pace increases. A 3D-moulded heel counter helps hold the foot securely. Listed stack height: 28 mm heel and 24 mm forefoot.
TRIPP SPORT advice
We recommend it for faster sessions where you want a light, direct feel. Start with a short easy run, then add a few strides on an even surface. If your usual pair has a higher drop, alternate shoes initially and gradually extend your time in the Kinvara before a full interval session.
